Common use of Decision of the Board of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Decision of the Board of Arbitration. The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chairman shall be the decision of the Board. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final, binding and enforceable on all parties, and may not be changed.
