Declaration of Trust and Bylaws Sample Clauses

The Declaration of Trust and Bylaws clause establishes the foundational governing documents for a trust or organization, outlining its structure, powers, and operational rules. This clause typically specifies that the trust or entity will be managed according to the terms set forth in its declaration and bylaws, which may address matters such as trustee powers, beneficiary rights, and procedures for meetings or decision-making.
