Deficiencies Identified Through Formal Observations. A member, who has been determined to be deficient in certain respects, shall be furnished a written report setting forth a statement of deficiencies in order that there is an opportunity for the member to correct such deficiencies. The supervisor involved in the particular area of the member's work shall assist the member in correcting those deficiencies. The evaluator shall submit a written plan for correcting the deficiencies which shall include ways in which the supervisor shall assist the member to correct the deficiencies. The plan shall include a reasonable time between observations to allow time for improvement. When the evaluator has complied with the provisions of this section, the responsibility for improvement lies with the individual member.
