Defined Terms Rules of Construction. (a) When used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings specified below:

Defined Terms Rules of Construction. This Amendment is entered into in accordance with Article 18.1 of the NIFA. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein which are defined in the NIFA, as amended by this Amendment, are used herein as therein defined.
