DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. An employee who is employed for work which is of a continuous full-time or continuous part-time nature.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. A regular employee shall be defined as an employee who is regularly scheduled to work and who has completed the probationary period.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. The term "regular employee," as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Virginia or appointed to work for the City of Virginia by an authorized supervisor or department head in one of the following exclusive departments: Public Works (includes Sewer Crew, Engineering, Parks and Recreation, Miners Memorial Building, Green House & City Hall), Library, and Parking Meter Monitor; and whose employment service exceeds the lesser of fourteen (14) hours per week or thirty-five percent (35%) of the normal work week, and more than sixty-seven (67) work days per year, excluding Supervisory, Confidential, temporary, casual, and Pages in the Library.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. 2.1 The term ‘regular employee’, as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Keewatin or appointed to work for the City of Keewatin in the unit comprised of essential employees by an authorized supervisor or department head and who works regularly full-time or regularly part-time, and whose service exceeds fourteen (14) hours per week or 35% of the normal work week for more than 67 working days in a calendar year.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. 2.1 The term “regular full—time employee”, as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Keewatin or appointed to work for the City of Keewatin by an authorized supervisor or department head and who works regularly full-time an average of twenty—four (24) hours per week or more and who works more than sixty—seven (67) work days in a calendar year.
2.2 The term “regular part—time” employee, as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Keewatin or appointed to work for the City of Keewatin by an authorized supervisor or the City Council, and who regularly works part-time an average of fourteen (14) hours per week or more and who works more than sixty-seven (67) work days in a calendar year.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. Section A. The term “regular employee” as used in this Agreement shall mean any employee who has been employed by the Mower County Health & Human Services Department, who works regularly full time or regularly part time more than fourteen (14) hours per week and more than sixty-seven (67) work days per year and who has completed the probationary period. Part- time or temporary employees excluded from the definition of “public employee” contained in Minnesota Statutes, §179A.03, subd. 14, as amended, are excluded from this unit.
DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. (a) A regular full-time employee is one who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work seven and one-half hours per day and not less than an average of 36 hours per week and not more than 37½ hours per week, exclusive of unpaid meal periods.
(b) A regular part-time employee is one who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work less than an average of 36 hours per week, exclusive of meal periods.
(c) Subject to Article 25 - Health and Welfare, a regular part-time employee is entitled to all benefits of the collective agreement on a prorated basis, except for those benefits covered under group benefits. Group benefits shall be provided without being prorated.
