DEFINITIONS, ACRONYMS, AND ABBREVIATIONS. The terms used in this Agreement shall be given the meaning used in TennCare rules and regulations. However, the following terms when used in this Agreement, shall be construed and/or interpreted as follows, unless the context expressly requires a different construction and/or interpretation. In the event of a conflict in language between these Definitions, Attachments, and other Sections of this Agreement, the specific language in Sections 2 through 4 of this Agreement shall govern.
