Definitions of Allowances. If cost for the fixtures exceeds the allowance then the difference is due to the Contractor. If cost for the fixtures is under the allowance then the difference will be credited to the Owner. Please note under the appropriate allowances what is included in the cost of those allowances. Contractor adds a 15% markup for materials/products supplied, handled, and/or coordinated.
