Dehydration Clause Samples
The Dehydration clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the loss of water content in goods, materials, or products covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines acceptable levels of dehydration, methods for measuring moisture loss, and the consequences if dehydration exceeds specified limits, such as price adjustments or rejection of goods. Its core function is to allocate risk and ensure clarity regarding product quality and compliance, thereby preventing disputes over goods that may be compromised due to excessive dehydration during storage or transit.
Dehydration. The insurance does not cover cases where the insured person has received medical treatment or taken prescribed medication for diseases medically related to the above-listed diseases 1. or 2. within 12 months prior to the event.
Dehydration. 4.6.1 The Propanol produced by the PFT will be made available for the optimization of the dehydration technology that TPRF envisages to develop in collaboration with a third party (“TPRF Dehydration Partner”).
4.6.2 Even if such optimization of the dehydration technology falls outside the scope of the Field, and always subject to TPRF’s obligations owed to the TPRF Dehydration Partner:
(a) TPRF will evaluate the Propanol and provide, subject to appropriate confidentiality and restricted use provisions to be agreed upon, feedback to Coskata on a need to know basis for the performance of the Agreement, with respect to the technical and commercial suitability, in TPRF’s opinion, of the Propanol for use in relation with such dehydration technology.
(b) TPRF will work in good faith to [***].
(c) Coskata shall not be responsible for providing any additional resources for the fractionation/purification section to the extent such section is integrated with the downstream dehydration section.
Dehydration. Where Gatherer provides dehydration services in accordance with Section 3.6, Producer shall be permitted to provide Dedicated Gas, regardless of the applicable specifications, at moisture saturation at given pressure and temperature conditions.
Dehydration. Children get dehydrated if they do not replace body fluids lost by sweating. Being even a little dehydrated can make a child feel bad and play less effectively. Dehydration also puts children at risk for more dangerous heat illnesses. Signs and Symptoms ◆ Dry mouth ◆ Thirst ◆ Being irritable or cranky ◆ Headache ◆ Seeming bored or disinterested ◆ Dizziness ◆ Cramps ◆ Excessive fatigue ◆ Child not able to run as fast or play as well as usual Treatment ◆ Move child to a shaded or air-conditioned area. ◆ Give him or her fluids to drink. "When can I play again?" A child may be active again as soon as he or she is symptom-free. However, it’s important to continue to watch the child. Heat cramps are a mild heat illness that can be easily treated. These intense muscle spasms usually develop after a child has been exercising for a while and has lost large amounts of fluid and salt from sweating. While heat cramps are more common in children who perform in the heat, they can also occur when it’s not hot (for example, during ice hockey or swimming). Children who sweat a lot or have a high concentration of salt in their sweat may be more likely to get heat cramps. Heat cramps can largely be avoided by being adequately conditioned, getting used to the heat and humidity slowly, and being sure a child eats and drinks properly. Signs and Symptoms ◆ Intense pain (not associated with pulling or straining a muscle) ◆ Persistent muscle contractions that continue during and after exercise Treatment ◆ The child should be given a sports drink to help replace fluid and sodium losses. ◆ Light stretching, relaxation and massage of the cramped muscles may help. "When can I play again?" A child may be active again when the cramp has gone away and he or she feels and acts ready to participate. You can help decrease the risk of recurring heat cramps by checking whether the child needs to change eating and drinking habits, become more fit, or get better adjusted to the heat. Heat exhaustion is a moderate heat illness that occurs when a child continues to be physically active even after he or she starts suffering from ill effects of the heat, like dehydration. The child’s body struggles to keep up with the demands, leading to heat exhaustion. Signs and Symptoms ◆ Child finds it hard or impossible to keep playing ◆ Loss of coordination, dizziness or fainting ◆ Dehydration ◆ Profuse sweating or pale skin ◆ Headache, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea ◆ Stomach/intestinal cramps or persistent mu...
Dehydration. The removal of water in its vapor phase from Gas, such that the Gas contains seven (7) pounds of water or less per MMcf.

Dehydration. Buyer shall handle produced gas volumes attributable to Seller's interest in WCBB from well▇ ▇▇▇rated by Seller after the Effective Date in WCBB, for dehydration of up to a maximum guarantee of 5 MMCFD, through Buyer's dehydration facility in existence in WCBB as of the First Closing Date (the "Dehydration Facility"); provided, however, that there shall serve as a credit against this capacity reservation those volumes of gas, if any, purchased by Buyer pursuant to that certain Gas Purchase Contract attached hereto as Exhibit "E-2" to the effect that, if Buyer purchases 5 MMCFD of gas thereunder, then Buyer shall have no commensurate obligation to dehydrate 5 MMCFD of gas under this capacity reservation. Should the Dehydration Facility at any time be temporarily limited from full capacity, Buyer shall make available to Seller no more than 20% of the Dehydration Facility's then available capacity for dehydration of produced gas volumes attributable to Seller's interest in WCBB from such Seller operated well▇. ▇f the condition causing the temporary capacity limitations has not been addressed by Buyer with a solution, plan or option to restore the diminished system capacity within twenty (20) days form when the condition arose, Seller reserves the right to purchase the affected dehydration asset(s) at salvage value. Should this purchase of the affected dehydration asset(s) occur, Seller will have ninety (90) days either to leave the purchased asset in its present location but make it exclusive for Seller's use or remove the purchased asset from Buyer's property, at Seller's sole cost and expense. Should the actual volume of produced gas attributable to Seller's interest in WCBB from such Seller operated well▇ ▇▇▇eed 5 MMCFD, Buyer may, in its sole discretion, but shall not be obligated to, accept and dehydrate such additional volume as long as the Dehydration Facility capacity exists. This capacity reservation by Seller is expressly limited to Dehydration Facility and, except as provided herein, shall not apply to or burden any expansion of the Dehydration Facility or any other or additional dehydration facilities which may be owned or constructed by Buyer. Seller reserves the right to install its own dehydration facilities at some point in the future on the Lease; provided, however, that such reserved rights shall not be exercised in a manner that interferes with the surface operations of Buyer on the Lease. Seller shall
