Temperature Conditions Clause Samples

The Temperature Conditions clause sets specific requirements or limitations related to temperature for the performance of obligations under a contract. It typically outlines acceptable temperature ranges within which goods must be stored, transported, or handled, or specifies environmental conditions necessary for certain work to proceed. For example, it may require that perishable goods be kept below a certain temperature during shipping, or that construction activities only occur when temperatures are above freezing. This clause ensures that temperature-sensitive products or activities are protected from damage or risk, thereby allocating responsibility and reducing disputes related to temperature-related issues.
