Common use of Deletion or Return of Data Clause in Contracts

Deletion or Return of Data. 7.1 On the earlier of the completion of the use of the Data for the Purpose or at the written request of AHDB for return or destruction of information or the date given in Part 1 ("Completion Date"), all copies of the Data must be returned or destroyed in accordance with Part 1 and the return or destruction must be confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of the Completion Date to AHDB’s DPO at ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ using the Data Disposal Form (a copy of which is attached at Part 2). Failure to do so shall be considered to be a breach of this contract.
