Deliverables and Number of Copies. Architect shall provide to the District a hard copy of the following items produced in this phase, together with one copy of each item in electronic format: a. One copy of meeting report/minutes from kick-off meeting; b. One copy of meeting report/minutes from pre-bid site walk; c. Upon completion of the Bidding Phase, Architect shall produce a Conforming Set of plans and specifications incorporating all addenda issued thus far. Architect shall supply District with two (2) complete, reproducible sets of plans and specifications marked as a Conforming Set.
