Department Level. Failing a satisfactory response in the pre-grievance step, the Union shall, by stating their case in writing, within seven (7) working days after the pre- grievance step response is received, submit the grievance to the Department Head. Department Head(s) or delegate shall arrange a grievance meeting with the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Union Representative within fourteen (14) working days of when the grievance was submitted to seek settlement. The Department Head shall have seven (7) working days from the grievance meeting to investigate the matter and respond in writing with a particularized response to each specific allegation outlined in the grievance.
