Common use of Department of Water Resources Clause in Contracts

Department of Water Resources. If the Authority receives funding for the Project under Chapter 8 of Division 26.7 of the Water Code beginning at section 79700, the California Department of Water Resources (“DWR”) with be an ex officio Member of the Authority as provided in Water Code section 79759(b), but in accordance with that provision will have no control with respect to the governance, management, or operation of the Project.
