Department Representatives. (a) The Contract Authority, Contract Administrator and Department Executive are each Department Representatives in discharging their respective functions as set out in this Contract. The Health Services Manager acknowledges that Department Representatives do not: (i) owe any direct duty to the Health Services Manager under this Contract (whether to review, accept or reject any Health Services or any Material submitted by the Health Services Manager under this Contract or otherwise); and (ii) provide any form of certification, declaration or other representation that the Health Services or any Health Services Manager Materials comply with any Law, industry standards or are otherwise fit for purpose. (b) Unless expressly provided in this Contract, any directions, reviews, rejections, consents, approvals or other comments made by Department Representatives in relation to any thing done or provided under the Contract, or the use of any Health Services Manager Material under this Contract, do not relieve the Health Services Manager from, or alter or affect the Health Services Manager's, liabilities or responsibilities under this Contract or otherwise. (c) The Contract Authority, Contract Administrator and Department Executive may at any time by written notice to the Health Services Manager nominate other than the functions of the Contract Authority and the Contract Administrator in relation to: (i) dispute resolution in accordance with clause 60; or (ii) issuing a notice of termination under clauses 54.6, 62 or 63.

Department Representatives. 15.1 The Parties will each appoint a representative to oversee the operation of the information disclosure process and will ensure that the person is familiar with the requirements of this Agreement and the Privacy Act 2020. The contact details are contained in Annex 1 to this Agreement. 15.2 In the first instance issues should be referred to the Parties’ representatives for clarification and resolution. 15.3 All notices and communication between the Parties and under this Agreement shall be sent to the representatives at the addresses set out in Annex 1.
Department Representatives. The Principal shall consult all department representatives in connection with programming the respective school departments. Prior to April 1, each department representative shall submit written recommendations to the Principal concerning the programming of the department for the following school year. Each department shall elect a representative that will serve a two-year term. In addition to making recommendations to the Principal the Department Representative will: Facilitate monthly department meetings; Coordinate internal substitutes for planned absences for their respective department; Manage the departmental budget; Bring departmental concerns to the Professional Solutions Committee Union Delegate Complete a department inventory at the conclusion of the school year. Department Representatives shall receive a stipend for their service, and the amount of this stipend shall depend upon the size of the department.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes. B. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer. The staff representative may meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employee’s meal periods, rest periods, and before and after the employee’s shift. C. The Employer’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
