DEPARTMENTAL STEWARDS. The Union shall be represented at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure by departmental stewards. The jurisdiction of a departmental ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be limited to the processing of complaints in the area which he serves as a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
