Departure Date. The trailer registered in this Agreement is the only trailer authorized for storage unless prior written approval is obtained from the Borough of Seaside Park. Subleasing or transfer of Trailer Storage authorization is not permitted. The Borough of Seaside Park reserves the right to reassignm Trailer Storage locations. Boats must be stored uncovered, have custom covers, or be professionally shrink-wrapped. No tarps will be allowed to cover boats. Payment is made to "Borough of Seaside Park" by cash or check. There is no on-site security provided by the Borough of Seaside Park. The Borough is NOT responsible for your boat (or trailer) or other personal property. It is recommended that you provide adequate insurance coverage.
Departure Date. The specific departure date is finalized a minimum of 90 days before departure. Yes, of course. Your Organizing Teacher submits rooming preferences 125-days prior to your departure. Student roommates are the same gender as identified on their passport. Special requests for rooming will be reviewed on a case by case basis and additional fees may apply. Single rooms are not available. Requests cannot be guaranted but best efforts will be put forth to assist. Not correct. A major cultural difference occurs here. Foreign hotels typically give only one key per room, regardless if the room is a double or a quadruple. Always leave the key at the front desk. If someone forgets it, you’ll need to tip the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or maid $5 US for opening your room. Lost key charges of $50 or more could apply. It’s possible but it cannot be guaranteed. Hotels assign rooms, not Interact. Requests cannot be accepted after the 125-day prior deadline has passed. The typical student takes an average of $50 per day for personal spending money. Budget an additional amount for the unforeseen. While every method has positives and negatives, most of our groups prefer to carry debit or credit cards. In general, you’ll get more in return by exchanging larger sums. Check with your financial institution to assure that whatever you choose will be available abroad. You may want to exchange in advance if your arrival is on a weekend, major holiday, or during religious observances such as Semana Santa, when money exchange can be limited and difficult. Interact does not incorporate time for a full-group money exchange upon arrival in the foreign airport or during the first full day abroad. Size and weight of bags are subject to airline and tour bus restrictions: 40lb. for the main bag with 62” total dimensions (add the height plus width plus depth). Carry-ons are 40 lb with 45” total dimensions. Checked luggage fees and mandated airline fees are not included and are paid directly to the airline. Charter motorcoaches only have room for one regulation size bag per participant. Departure Date. The final day of the Executive’s regular employment with the Company is his “Departure Date” for purposes of this Agreement. The Executive’s Departure Date will be the first to occur of:
(a) December 31, 2005;
(b) A date prior to December 31, 2005, that is selected by the Executive or the Company which is within the sixty (60) day period following the CFO Transition Date, and which is after the conclusion of a reasonable transition period for the successor Chief Financial Officer.
(c) The date of death or incapacity of the Executive. Incapacity means that the Executive has, in the reasonable determination of the Company, become unable to perform by reason of physical or mental incompetence his obligations under this Agreement for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days in any three hundred sixty-five (365) day period.
(d) The date on which the Company ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Executive’s employment for “Cause,” defined for purposes of this Agreement as acts of material dishonesty or willful misconduct by the Executive with respect to the Company.
