Common use of Description of Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Description of Deliverables. It is expressly understood that the Contractor is performing a service rather than a delivering a product. The service of Medical Records retrieval is defined as the attempt to retrieve Medical Records with an outcome that results in either: a patient Medical Record, no patient/no record, cancellation of request, duplicate request, or Provider refusal of request. Contractor will provide State imaged copies of all Medical Records received by the Contractor on behalf of State via the “VERSCEND” Systems.
