Materials Testing Clause Samples
The Materials Testing clause establishes the requirements and procedures for testing materials used in a project to ensure they meet specified standards. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting the tests, the types of tests required, and the standards or methods to be followed, such as third-party laboratory analysis or on-site inspections. By setting clear expectations for material quality and verification, the clause helps prevent the use of substandard materials and reduces the risk of defects or failures in the completed work.
