Infrastructure Projects means all industrial and utility projects that includes, water and sewerage treatment and associated pumping stations, power generating stations, switchyards and substations, mines and quarries, oil refineries, petrochemical and hydrocarbon plants and related facilities, airports and runways and associated buildings, roads, freeways, bridges, tunnels, Major Industrial facilities and refining facilities including the processing and materials handling of cement and lime, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, coal and other minerals and the processing of timber and forestry products.
