Description of Properties. The Properties subject to this Lease includes the Land described on Schedule I-C attached hereto, and all Equipment on and Improvements to such Land, including without limitation the Equipment described on Schedule I-B attached hereto and the Improvements described on Schedule I-C attached hereto.
