Description of the App. This App allows you to access and use a variety of third party applications with various information and infotainment services all within one application via the compatible multi-media system in your Toyota Vehicle through the available Bluetooth connection to your mobile device. These services and this App comprise and are a part of the “Services,” as defined in the Connected Services Terms and Conditions. The App is available through your Device (as defined below) when it is within the operating range of a wireless carrier and through your Toyota Vehicle’s compatible multimedia system when the Vehicle is turned on. The App is subject to transmission limitation or interruption. Toyota does not guarantee that the App (or any portion thereof) will be available at all times and/or in all areas. You acknowledge and agree that Toyota is not responsible for performance degradation, interruption or delays. You acknowledge that Toyota shall not be liable to you if the App in a given location is not available. If the App is not available within your intended location, you agree that your sole remedy shall be to cease using the App and cancel your registration.

Description of the App. The App is a music player service. The users of the App may play their music and modify the sound with the equalizer features. You don’t have to register you to use the PracTone service. The Service is free for all users except some features, which are charged. - PracTone offers a subscription plan to get unlimited access to all features: 6 modes of continuous playback, output HiRes sound, output DoP sound, Digital Output Device Manager, Six types of Graphic equalizers and others.   • Description of the service 10.1.1 Automatic transfer service implies a transfer by the bank of the funds from the client’s account without further consent of the client, on the basis of fixed amount determined by the client in its application form or of information provided by the client’s creditor to the bank on the client’s debt. 10.1.2 The parties agree that the payment order created (generated) by the bank for the purposes of automatic transfer services shall have the legal force equal to the document having been printed on the paper and executed by the person(s) authorized to manage of the account. 10.1.3 The bank shall carry out the automatic transfer services in accordance with requirements and conditions stipulated in this agreement, the application on registration for automatic transfer service and the sources disseminated by the bank. 10.1.4 For the purposes of obtaining automatic transfer services the client shall apply to the bank with the application as per paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.
