Design Approvals Clause Samples
The Design Approvals clause establishes the requirement for one party to obtain the other party’s consent before proceeding with certain design elements or stages in a project. Typically, this involves submitting design documents, drawings, or plans for review and receiving written approval before moving forward with construction or production. This process ensures that both parties are aligned on the design specifications, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or costly changes later in the project.
Design Approvals. 3.2.1. The U.S. Technical Agent shall carry out the State of Design functions applicable to the United States under Annex 8 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation done at Chicago on 7 December 1944 ("the Chicago Convention") for regulated entities over which it has jurisdiction.
3.2.2. The EC Technical Agent shall carry out on behalf of the EU Member States the State of Design functions applicable to them under Annex 8 of the Chicago Convention for regulated entities over which it has jurisdiction.
Design Approvals. The sign shall be consistent from a design standpoint with City standards, and the final location and design shall be reviewed and approved in writing by the City Architect prior to its construction and installation. The City Architect shall not unreasonably withhold such review and/or approval.

You shall have a period of seven (7) days to review applicable artist renderings. If Buyer does not then have all the information or detail to make a complete submission to Declarant under the Master Declaration or to Master Developer under the Development Agreement, then Buyer may still seek preliminary design approval under either or both documents and such entity shall respond to such submission within such ten (10) Business Day period, though the Declarant and/or Master Developer may, in its reasonable discretion, condition its preliminary approval on the information received based on its receipt of the remaining materials or detail.
Design Approvals. To benefit from reciprocal acceptance under this Agreement:
Design Approvals. 2.1. The CAAS regulations require CAAS to issue their own design approvals for both domestic and import civil aeronautical products. However, under the provisions of the CAAS/FAA IPA, certain FAA design approvals are automatically accepted without the need for issuance of an equivalent CAAS approval. Other design approvals require technical validation appropriate to the product design being imported and subsequent issuance of an equivalent CAAS design approval.
