Design Services; Design Reviews Clause Samples

The "Design Services; Design Reviews" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the provision and evaluation of design work within a project. It typically outlines the scope of design services the contractor or consultant must deliver, as well as the process and criteria for the client or owner's review and approval of design submissions. For example, it may specify timelines for submitting design documents, the format required, and the steps for addressing any feedback or required revisions. This clause ensures that design deliverables meet agreed standards and that both parties have a clear process for reviewing and approving work, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating project progress.
