Design Standards. The CONTRACTOR shall conform with standards for design as required by the COUNTY, State of California and the Federal Highway Administration and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). All documents required under this Agreement, including but not limited to plans, specifications, estimates, reports and investigations, shall be prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the COUNTY, State of California Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
