DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER. The Applicant shall at all times have a person on rolls with minimum qualification of Diploma in Pharmacy (i.e. D. Pharm.) or Degree in Pharmacy (i.e. B. Pharm.), designated as Pradhan ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Manager having primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with this agreement, who shall be reasonably acceptable to PMBI (including, but not limited to, the requirement that such individual possess sufficient experience in the management of a retail pharmacy business, as determined by PMBI in its sole discretion.

The PMBJP ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Manager shall furnish personal full-time attention and best efforts tothe day to day management and operation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with the requirements of this AGREEMENT and he must maintain a physical presence at the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER. FRANCHISEE shall at all times have a person designated as having primary responsibility for the day to day operation of the SHOP (the "DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER") in accordance with this AGREEMENT and the SYSTEM STANDARDS, who shall be reasonably acceptable to SHOPPE COMPANY (including, but not limited to, the requirement that such individual possess sufficient experience in the management of a retail business, as determined by SHOPPE COMPANY in its sole discretion), and who has successfully completed the SHOPPE COMPANY training program and continues to satisfy the training requirements under Section 11.3. Unless FRANCHISEE has more than one HAAGEN-DAZS® SHOP, or is a professional food service operator in the sole judgment of SHOPPE COMPANY, the DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER must be an individual who, separately, or with others, is the FRANCHISEE under this AGREEMENT, or if the FRANCHISEE consists of no natural persons, then an officer, director, senior level employee of FRANCHISEE, or an individual who has personally guaranteed FRANCHISEE'S obligations under this AGREEMENT.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Itinerant Teachers 18.01 Itinerant teachers shall be paid a travel allowance in accordance with Article 50 of the Teachers’ Provincial Agreement. 18.02 Itinerant teachers shall be scheduled a lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes, exclusive of travel time between schools. 18.03 Except under extenuating circumstances, no itinerant teacher shall be responsible for work at more than three (3) schools in any one (1) school day.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
