Designated Sites Clause Samples
The 'Designated Sites' clause defines specific locations where certain activities, services, or obligations under the contract are to be performed. Typically, this clause lists addresses or describes areas relevant to the agreement, such as construction sites, delivery locations, or facilities where work will occur. By clearly identifying these sites, the clause ensures all parties understand where contractual responsibilities are to be carried out, reducing confusion and potential disputes over the scope or location of work.
