Fiber Internet Access Service (“FIA Service”) Fiber Internet Access: If Customer elects to receive the FIA Service, Spectrum shall provide Customer with a dedicated, scalable connection over a packet-based infrastructure with Internet service provider (“ISP”) peering between Customer’s data network identified on a Service Order and Spectrum’s facilities. FIA Service, or features of FIA Service, may not be available in all service areas. Spectrum’s FIA Service is “On-Net” if it is provided by Spectrum to Service Locations through the Spectrum Network. Spectrum may, in its discretion, provide Customer with “Off-Net” services to geographic locations that are outside of Spectrum’s service area or are not currently connected to the Spectrum Network through third party service providers. In addition, certain non-facilities-based services provided by third parties may be offered to Customer by Spectrum (“Third Party Services”). Third Party Services and Off- Net Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Customer’s use of the FIA Service is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

Spectrum Business Internet Acceptable Use Policy IN ORDER TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO INSURE THE INTEGRITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND PRIVACY OF SPECTRUM BUSINESS INTERNET PRODUCT NETWORK, Spectrum Business Charter Communications Operating LLC and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries providing services ("Spectrum Business"), has created this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). THIS AUP APPLIES ALONG WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERNING THE CUSTOMER'S USE OF SPECTRUM BUSINESS INTERNET AND RELATED SERVICES (TOS) AND SPECTRUM BUSINESS'S OPEN INTERNET DISCLOSURE, TO SPECIFY USE RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO USERS OF THE SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT THE THEN CURRENT VERSION OF THE AUP TO BE MAINTAINED BY SPECTRUM BUSINESS AND POSTED ON SPECTRUM BUSINESS'S WEBSITE WILL SUPERCEDE ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THAT CUSTOMER'S CONTINUED USE OF SPECTRUM BUSINESS'S INTERNET SERVICE WILL CONSTITUTE CUSTOMER'S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY AS IT MAY BE AMENDED. BY USING THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO ABIDE BY, AND REQUIRE EACH USER OF THE SERVICE TO ABIDE BY, THE TERMS OF THIS AUP AND ASSOCIATED TOS. ANY USER WHO DOES NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, CUSTOMER MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF THE SERVICE.

  • Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings. If such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations that it wishes to maintain. 2. Each Party shall administer any universal service obligation that it maintains in a transparent, non-discriminatory, and competitively neutral manner and shall ensure that its universal service obligation is not more burdensome than necessary for the kind of universal service that it has defined.
