Detective Division. Effective upon ratification of this agreement by both parties the Detective Division shall consist of at least two Detective Sergeants one (1) Detective Lieutenant and at least one detective. The Detective will be compensated at the Corporal Sergeant rate of pay while working within the Detective Division. It is understood that receiving the Corporal Sergeant rate of pay while in the Division does not constitute Corporal Sergeant status. The Detective position shall be filled for not less than three months. The Chief of Police will select an officer of the Department with at least one-year of service. All transfers into and out of the Detective Division are at the discretion of the Chief of Police. At the discretion of the Chief of Police, additional Detective positions as outlined above may be created.
Detective Division. A. Members of the Detective Division shall be paid a clothing allowance of $400.00 in July of the respective fiscal years. B. Any Member transferred to the Detective Division after July 1 of any fiscal year shall receive a pro-rated clothing allowance based upon the $400.00 per Section 1.A. of this Article.
Detective Division. A. The Detective Division shall consist of not less than nine (9) detectives and one (1) Division Chief. All vacancies will be filled within thirty (30) days. B. In the event the City is asked to participate in a special crimes unit or similar type operation, the parties will meet for the purpose of negotiating mutually satisfactory changes in this Agreement for the purpose of allowing the City’s participation.

Detective Division. A. The normal work period shall consist of four (4) consecutive calendar weeks, the work day shall consist of eight consecutive hours per day, and the employee will work five (5) consecutive days followed by two (2) consecutive days off for three (3) of the weeks and will work four (4) consecutive days followed by three (3) consecutive days off for one of the weeks. In each calendar year, the employee will be required to attend eight (8) four (4) hour training sessions. These training sessions will be scheduled at least 14 calendar days in advance. Each such employee shall receive one (1) extra day off, every three (3) months. The day off may be taken at the employee's discretion during the current three-month period with the approval of his/her supervisor. B. The daily work schedule shall be as follows: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Detective Division a. Appointments to any of the five (5) Detective positions within the East Haven Police Department shall be made by the Board ofPolice Commissioners on the basis of competitive examination pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the East Haven Civil Service Commission. b. The position of detective shall be considered a promotional examination. Any member with five (5) or more years of service with the East Haven Police Department shall be eligible to take the detective examination. c. The rank of detective shall fall between that of Patrolman and Sergeant. d. A detective shall not be eligible to take the examination for a lieutenant position, without first holding a sergeant's position within the department. e. Duties, hours and all other aspects of the detective shall remain the same as stated in the present contract or as present practice. An appropriate job description shall be prepared for approval by the administration and the Union.
Detective Division. Employees who are assigned to the Detective Division who are required to carry a pager or cellular phone in order that they will be available for duty within a thirty (30) minute response time shall receive an on-call supplement. The amount of the supplement shall be one hundred dollars ($100) per month, payable with the first paycheck issued each month. Employees who are required, by direction of the Chief of Police, to carry their personal cellular telephone shall receive an additional supplement of twenty ($20) dollars per month.
Detective Division. Section 1: All applicants for in-service training in the Detective Division shall be required to have been an ▇▇▇ Arbor patrol officer for at least two (2) years. In-service training will be for a period of six months and at least two (2) patrol officers will receive such training each year. The in-service training will be filled in accordance with Section 11, of Article 7. Section 2: Officers assigned to the Detective Division will, for classification purposes, all be considered as one classification, "Detective". (a) All officers permanently assigned to the Detective Division with less than two years cumulative time (inclusive of in-service training) in the Detective Division will be classified Detective I. (b) All officers with more than two years cumulative time (inclusive of in-service training) in the Detective Division will be classified Detective II. (c) All officers permanently assigned to the Detective Division after 5 years will be classified Detective III.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.

  • Cellular Phone Executive is eligible to receive one cellular telephone issued through the Employer's corporate account for use on the Employer's business. The phone will remain the property of the Employer and must be returned upon termination of Executive's employment with the Employer.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.
