Determination of Available Transmission Capability Sample Clauses

The Determination of Available Transmission Capability clause defines the process and criteria for calculating the amount of transmission capacity that can be reliably offered for use on a power grid. This clause typically outlines the methodologies, data inputs, and timing for such calculations, and may specify the roles of system operators or other parties in making these determinations. By establishing clear procedures for assessing available capacity, the clause ensures that transmission resources are allocated efficiently and transparently, helping to prevent overloading and maintain system reliability.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.
