Determination of Layoffs. The Company will determine the timing of layoffs, the number of employees to be laid off, and in which seniority pool(s) layoffs will be affected. The Company shall provide a list to the Union at the time of layoff. However; Shop Stewards shall also be senior members of the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2A Section 2A.1 The Union shall furnish the names of all stewards to the Company and shall notify the Company of any changes to the stewards.
