DETERMINATION OF THE DAILY QUANTITIES TRANSMITTED ON THE REGIONAL TRANSMISSION NETWORK Clause Samples

This clause establishes the method for calculating and recording the amount of energy or commodity transmitted daily through a regional transmission network. It typically outlines the measurement procedures, the responsible parties for data collection, and the standards or equipment to be used for accurate quantification. By clearly defining how daily transmission quantities are determined, the clause ensures transparency and consistency in reporting, which is essential for billing, regulatory compliance, and resolving potential disputes between network users and operators.
