- Determining Date Of Completion Clause Samples

- Determining Date Of Completion. The Project Manager shall make a final inspection of the Work within ten (10) days after receipt of the Contractor's written request therefor. The Work will be deemed complete as of the date of such inspection if, upon such inspection, the Project Manager finds that no further Work remains to be done. The City will then issue a certificate of completion and acceptance of the Work. However, if such inspection reveals, in the opinion of the Project Manager, items of Work still to be performed, the Contractor shall promptly perform such items and then request a re-inspection. If, upon any re- inspection, the Project Manager determines that the Work is complete, the date of completion shall be deemed to be the actual date of such re-inspection, which shall be made not more than ten (10) days after the date of the request therefor.
