Developer’s. The proportionate costs of works and maintenance, replacement and/or repair of the common lightings, fittings and fixtures etc., and all other service charges of the services rendered and of the other equipments and amenities used in common and for the common purpose.

Developer’s. Each Member who makes available a smart contract on the Telos blockchain (a “Developer”) may designate original elements of their contracts as either open source or proprietary code. Each smart contract shall be documented with human-language terms stating the intent of all parties and naming the arbitration forum that will resolve disputes arising from that contract. Developers who designate contracts as proprietary code may claim that code as intellectual property and may initiate arbitration actions against those who violate their control of their intellectual property for restraint and/or restitution.

Once Buyer’s authorization credentials are assigned, Buyer is responsible to ensure the following is in place within its organization to manage Developer access and use of DevTools: (a) Buyer must create unique ClientIDs for Developer access to DevTools, ensure access is only enabled through the authorization credentials and its ClientIDs, and maintain confidentiality and secrecy of such credentials; (b) ensure log-in credentials are secured and only accessed and used by Developers within Buyer’s authorized and authenticated company systems; (c) only create and share authorized credentials with Buyer employees who have a need to know; (d) maintain logs and management tools to confirm each Developer is in compliance with all credentialed access; and (e) immediately discontinue and delete any log-in credentials and passwords once a Developer no longer needs or is permitted to have access, including upon a DevTool termination or suspension. Buyer shall not share any authorization credentials with any third party except to contractor Developers with Honeywell’s prior written approval who are bound in writing to maintain the secrecy of the authorization credentials and to access and use the same solely to perform work for Buyer. In the event the authorization credentials become lost, stolen, or compromised by any known

(ii) Additional or limited facilities will be available to you dependent on (iii) Once you are active, you will be able to: - track the overall progress of your project(s) and all jobs being carried out in connection with those projects, outstanding tickets and any invoices due and payable to the Tenants; - receive invoices from the Tenants periodically based on the status of the project as designated by the Tenant and dispute the same by raising a ticket; and - receive alerts and notifications in relation to the applicable elements and aspects of the aforementioned to your device as facilitated by the App. (iv) It is your responsibility to verify the suitability of the Tenant(s) associated with the project as well as the accuracy, truths and completeness of the information comprising their qualifications and availability. (v) You agree and acknowledge that We are not responsible for: - nor affiliated in any way with any Operative or Tenant, which has an account on the App; - any inaccuracies, untruths or incompleteness of the information provided by the Operatives or Tenants as part of their account on the App; - any failure or delay in a notification being transmitted.
