Development of Goals. The Superintendent shall submit to the Board each year, for the board's consideration and adoption, a preliminary list of goals for the District. The goals approved by the Board shall at all times be reduced to writing ("District Goals") and shall be among the criteria on which the Superintendent's performance is reviewed and evaluated. The Board agrees to work with and support the Superintendent in achieving the District Goals.

The District Goals and the Superintendent Performance Goals approved by the Board shall at all times be reduced to writing and shall be among the criteria on which the Superintendent's performance is reviewed and evaluated. The Superintendent shall be responsible for placing on the Board’s meeting agendas the meetings necessary to accomplish the Board and Superintendent responsibilities of this paragraph.

The goals approved by the Board shall be reduced to writing and shall be among the criteria on which the Superintendent's performance will be reviewed. • Review of the Performance: The Board shall evaluate and assess the performance of the Superintendent in writing at a mutually agreed upon time, not later than December 1st of each year of this Contract. The meetings at which the Board evaluates the Superintendent will be held in a closed meeting unless the Superintendent requests that it should be held in an open meeting. The evaluation and assessment shall be related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and the annual goals for the District.
Development of Goals. On or before September 1st of every year during the term of this Contract, the Superintendent shall submit in writing a list of articulated District goals, District priorities , and Major District initiatives. The Board in conjunction with the Superintendent may further develop and adopt these prioritized goals which shall be specific, definitive, measurable, and reduced to writing for the District. These goals may be reevaluated by the Board for purposes of this Contract by February 15 of every year during the term of this contract. The parties may, by mutual written agreement, change the date to set goals. The goals approved by the Board shall be reduced to writing and shall be among the criteria on which the Superintendent's performance will be reviewed and evaluated.
