Device Protection Clause Samples

The Device Protection clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities for safeguarding devices used under the agreement. It typically outlines the standards for physical and digital security, such as requiring the use of passwords, encryption, or protective cases, and may specify procedures for reporting loss, theft, or damage. This clause ensures that devices are properly protected to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss, thereby allocating responsibility and reducing potential liabilities for both parties.
