Direct Connect. Where Telco has in place direct Interconnection Trunks employing Type 2A interface to a Carrier MSC, Telco shall use reasonable efforts not to, but may deliver calls destined to terminate at that Carrier MSC via another Telecommunications Carrier’s Tandem Switch.
Direct Connect. Where Telco has in place direct Interconnection Trunks employing Type 2A interface to a Carrier MSC, Telco shall use reasonable efforts not to, but may deliver calls destined to terminate at that Carrier MSC via another Telecommunications Carrier’s Tandem Switch, when such Carrier’s Tandem Switch is designated in the LERG by Carrier as the Tandem Switch through which that Carrier’s MSC is to home, when such Carrier’s Tandem Switch is designated in the LERG by Carrier as the Tandem Switch through which that Carrier’s MSC is to home.
Direct Connect. 3.5.1 BellSouth will permit ACCESS Integrated to directly interconnect between its own physical/virtual Collocation Spaces within the same BellSouth central office (Direct Connect). ACCESS Integrated shall contract with a BellSouth Certified Supplier to place the Direct Connect, which shall be provisioned using facilities owned by ACCESS Integrated. A Direct Connect shall utilize BellSouth common cable support structure. There will be a recurring charge per linear foot, per cable, of the actual common cable support structure used by ACCESS Integrated to provision the Direct Connect between its physical/virtual Collocation Spaces. In those instances where ACCESS Integrated’s physical/virtual Collocation Spaces are contiguous in the central office, ACCESS Integrated will have the option of using ACCESS Integrated’s own technicians to deploy the Direct Connect using either electrical or optical facilities between its Collocation Spaces by constructing its own dedicated cable support structure. ACCESS Integrated will deploy such electrical or optical connections directly between its own equipment without being routed through BellSouth’s equipment or common cable support structure. ACCESS Integrated may not self-provision a Direct Connect on any BellSouth distribution frame, POT Bay, Digital System Cross-Connect (DSX) panel or Light Guide Cross-Connect (LGX) panel. ACCESS Integrated is solely responsible for ensuring the integrity of the signal.
3.5.2 To place an order for a Direct Connect, ACCESS Integrated must submit an Initial Application or Subsequent Application to BellSouth. If no modification to the Collocation Space is requested other than the placement of a Direct Connect, the Co-Carrier Cross Connect/Direct Connect Application Fee for Direct Connect, as defined in Exhibit B, will apply. If other modifications are requested, in addition to the placement of a Direct Connect, either an Initial Application Fee or a Subsequent Application Fee will apply, pursuant to Section 6.2 below. BellSouth will ▇▇▇▇ this nonrecurring charge on the date that BellSouth provides an Application Response to ACCESS Integrated.

4.2 The Direct Connect Vendor shall pay to ICE Data the non-refundable price server fee for all production ID’s in respect of the provision of any Pricing Data in accordance with the table below.
4.3 The Direct Connect Vendor will be responsible for all communication and hardware fees, which shall be advised dependent upon the Direct Connect Vendor's election in respect of connection.

ComSouth is solely responsible for ensuring the integrity of the signal.

With Direct Connect, you can access your eligible Accounts and initiate certain transactions using the Services through your Quicken® or QuickBooks® software (the “Third Party Software”). You must register for Direct Connect within Online Banking and create a connectivity password (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is part of your Credentials) before you can access your Accounts through the Third Party Software. You acknowledge that the Third Party Software is offered by a third party and is not part of the Services, and Bank is not responsible for the operation of the Third Party Software or for the communications connection between the Third Party Software and the Services. Our sole responsibility is to process instructions that we actually receive through Direct Connect related to your Account and the Services in accordance with the applicable terms of this Agreement. Your use of and reliance on the Third Party Software is at your own risk and you acknowledge that the third party providing the Third Party Software is your vendor and will not be deemed to be Bank’s agent or service provider with respect to offering and providing the Third Party Software to you.
