Common use of DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION Clause in Contracts

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Lot 1 Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for and Schedule 20 (Tender)_for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 62.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 68 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 69.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 75 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body Buyer awarding a Call Call-Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue each Framework Supplier’s Catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Call-Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 6 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 64.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; Identify all Suppliers capable of meeting the Contracting Body’s Statement of Requirements apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 70 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 80.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 86 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 1 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Electronic Catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 14.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 13.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 14.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 14.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 14.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 19 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Lot 1 Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body Authorities awarding a Call Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Products and Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Products and Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 66.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 72 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 62.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 solution given the complexity of those services and the relevant experience of the Supplier as set out in their tender documents when the Supplier tendered for the Framework Agreement: and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 66 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 62.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 68 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 181 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 185.1.41 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 S3.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria set out in Table 1 to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 S-9. below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 12.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 11.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 12.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 12.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 12.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 16 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Supplier’s description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 6 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 1.3 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 20.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 19.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 20.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 20.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 20.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 25 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 8.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 7.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 8.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 8.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 8.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 13 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 56.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 : develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 ; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Supplier’s description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 61 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 1.3 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements; 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Framework Suppliers’ catalogues and description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.
