Common use of DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION Clause in Contracts

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall:: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the Framework Suppliers’ Catalogues and Description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Attachment 4b Framework Agreement Schedule 2 Part A (Goods and Services) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below

Any Subject to paragraph 64.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall:: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the Framework Suppliers’ Catalogues catalogues and Description description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Attachment 4b Framework Agreement Schedule 2 Part A (Goods and/or Services and ServicesKey Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 70 below.

Any Contracting Body Subject to paragraph 60.2 above awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall:: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the Framework Suppliers’ Catalogues and Description catalogue of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Attachment 4b Framework Agreement Schedule 2 Part A (Goods and Services) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; solution given the complexity of those services and the relevant experience of the Supplier as set out in their tender documents when the Supplier tendered for the Framework Agreement: and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 64 below.

Any Subject to paragraph 66.2 above any Contracting Body Authority awarding a Call Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall:: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the Framework Suppliers’ Catalogues catalogues and Description description of the Goods and/or Services as set out in Attachment 4b Framework Agreement Schedule 2 Part A (Goods and/or Services and ServicesKey Performance Indicators) for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 72 below.
