Common use of Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services Clause in Contracts

Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. (OS) 19.11.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 11.7 of this Agreement, either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance service, IntraLATA operator call completion services and/or directory assistance database listings. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a Directory Assistance and IntraLATA Operator Services Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C before the services requested are provided. 19.11.2 Mpower shall arrange at its expense the trunking and other facilities required to transport to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.
