Common use of Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services Clause in Contracts

Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. (OS) 19.2.1 Upon request, BA will provide Covad with directory assistance and/or IntraLATA operator services in accordance with the rates and terms the Pricing Schedule (Exhibit A appended hereto) and the Directory Assistance and Operator Services Agreement (Exhibit C appended hereto). 19.2.2 Covad shall arrange at its expense the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.
