Disbursement Methods Clause Samples
The Disbursement Methods clause defines how payments or funds will be distributed between parties under the agreement. It typically outlines the acceptable forms of payment, such as wire transfer, check, or electronic funds transfer, and may specify timing, required documentation, or conditions that must be met before disbursement occurs. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the payment process, reducing the risk of disputes or delays related to the transfer of funds.
