DISCIPLINARY AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES. (a) General Principles (i) have a right to representation; (ii) be advised of that right; (iii) be advised of the nature of the perceived misconduct or poor performance; (iv) have the opportunity to explain; and (v) have any explanation properly considered before Presbyterian Support decides what action, if any, is to be taken.
