Disciplinary Representation. In accordance with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ rights, an employee will be entitled to have a representative of the Association during any meeting which might reasonably lead to discipline. Whenever any teacher is required to appear before the Superintendent or the Board concerning any matter of a disciplinary nature, they will be given two (2) days notice of the nature of such meetings or interviews and they will be entitled to have representation to advise him/her. No member of the bargaining unit will be disciplined by reduction in compensation, suspension without pay or given a written disciplinary reprimand without due process and without the portions of just cause listed below.
