Disclosure Requests. 12.1 The Consultant acknowledges Ofgem’s responsibilities under the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (FOIA) and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and shall assist and cooperate with Ofgem to ensure it complies with its information disclosure obligations. The Consultant shall assist Ofgem at no additional charge in meeting any reasonable requests for information in relation to the Agreement which are made to Ofgem in connection with the FOIA/EIR and/or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof or any related guidelines or codes or practice.
