Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currency of the Facility; (ix) type of Facility; (x) ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Parent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information:

Disclosure to numbering service providers. 27.2.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (A) names of Obligors; (B) country of domicile of Obligors; (C) place of incorporation of Obligors; (D) Signing Date; (E) governing law of this Agreement; (F) the names of the Agent, the US Agent, the US$ Swingline Agent, the Euro Swingline Agent and the Arrangers; (G) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (H) amounts of, and names of the Facilities (and any tranches); (I) amount of Total Commitments; (J) currencies of the Facilities; (K) type of Facilities; (L) ranking of Facilities; (M) Final Maturity Date of the Facilities; (N) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (A) to (K) above; and (O) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Parent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. 27.2.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. 22.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties the following information: (a) names of Security Parties; (b) country of domicile of Security Parties; (c) place of incorporation of Security Parties; (d) date of this Agreement; (e) Clause 23; (f) the names of the Agent and the MLAs; (g) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (h) amount of the Loan; (i) currencies of the Loan; (j) type of Loan; (k) ranking of the Loan; (l) Commitment Termination Date for the Loan; (m) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to (a) to (l); and (n) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and that Security Party, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. 22.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. 22.3.3 The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in Clauses 22.3.1(a) to 22.3.1(n) is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. 22.3.4 The Agent shall notify the Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (a) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties; and (b) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors, the Spanish Pledgor and the South African Pledge Counterparties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors, the Spanish Pledgor and the South African Pledge Counterparties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors, the Spanish Pledgor and the South African Pledge Counterparties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) clause 43 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent, the Collateral Management Agent, the Co-Ordinator, the Documentation Bank and the Arranger; (vii) amount of Total Proposed Participations; (viii) currency of the Facility; (ix) type of Facility; (x) ranking; (xi) Termination Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.
