Disconnection and Curtailment. RECO shall have the right to disconnect (or otherwise curtail, interrupt or reduce service to) the Supplier and the Supplier’s Customers whenever RECO reasonably determines, or when RECO is directed by PJM, NYISO or the BPU, that such a disconnection, curtailment, interruption or reduction is necessary: to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of RECO’s facilities; to maintain the safety and reliability of RECO’s electrical system; or due to any other
