Disconnects. If you terminate any URL, website, or other form of media service associated with any Advertising, you shall remain liable for all charges hereunder and we reserve the right to require immediate payment of all sums due for such Service(s) for the remainder of the Term. Disconnection, modification or transfer of any URL, website, or other form of media initiated by you and associated with any Service(s), may result in termination of the impacted Service(s). You assume the risk of such result.
