Dismissals Sample Clauses

The Dismissals clause outlines the conditions and procedures under which an employee's employment may be terminated by the employer. It typically specifies the grounds for dismissal, such as misconduct, poor performance, or redundancy, and may detail notice periods, severance entitlements, and any required disciplinary processes. By clearly defining the rules and expectations around ending employment, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations in the event of termination.
