DISPOSITION OF BIDS Sample Clauses

The Disposition of Bids clause outlines how submitted bids will be handled by the party soliciting them. It typically specifies the procedures for accepting, rejecting, or retaining bids, and may address whether bids can be withdrawn or modified after submission. For example, the clause might state that all bids become the property of the issuer and are not returned to bidders. Its core function is to provide transparency and set clear expectations for bidders regarding the fate of their submissions, thereby reducing disputes and misunderstandings in the bidding process.
