KEY ACTION DATES Clause Samples

The Key Action Dates clause establishes specific deadlines or milestones that must be met during the course of a contract or project. It typically lists important dates such as when deliverables are due, when payments must be made, or when certain approvals are required. By clearly outlining these critical timeframes, the clause helps ensure that all parties are aware of their obligations and can plan accordingly, thereby reducing the risk of delays and misunderstandings.
KEY ACTION DATES. The important dates and times by which actions should be taken or completed are identified in Attachment 2 – Key Action Dates. However, after the Innovation Concept Papers are submitted, any dates listed are approximate and may be adjusted without addendum to the RFI2. Unless otherwise indicated, submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. (PT) on the date indicated in Attachment 2 – Key Action Dates.
